Benjamin & Kiley Goodpasture
Benjamin has over 25 years of building experience with a background in construction, sales, and management. He is a 4th-generation real estate investor and his upbringing on a farm cultivated both his work ethic and passion for possibility. He holds a Construction Management & Business degree from Appalachian State University.
Kiley's expertise is in the arts, leadership, and project management. Her strengths contribute in the areas of design, maximizing the beauty and potential of spaces, and executing the team’s creative vision for each renovation. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Music.
Together, Benjamin and Kiley are a dynamic duo. Goodpasture Homes presently has 100+ rentals in Northern California. They done over 30 deals which include single family homes, apartment complexes, vacation rentals and commercial development. The couple also founded Shasta Rock Club; Redding's first and only indoor rock climbing gym, which Benjamin designed and built.
Their heart to is contribute to their community, add value to their city, and empower others to do the same in whatever expression they are passionate about. In 2021, Benjamin began teaching a four-week real estate investment class. Kiley continues to make home a place of connection, rest and play. Their 4 children, Noah, Londyn, Scarlet and Beau keep their days full and bright.
